Presbyterian Women
The PW (formerly Presbyterian Women’s Association) are an organisation of the church involved in Missionary work.
Meetings take place from September to April on the 3rd Monday of the month in the minor hall at 8.00pm.
This takes the form of a varied missionary orientated programme which is based on a yearly theme by the Presbyterian Church in Ireland and all funds raised through the PW Missionary Service and monies raised from a colour table and missionary boxes are all directed to enable missionary work in our church, here and abroad, to go forward and tell of the good news of our Lord Jesus Christ throughout the world.
In 2010 Raloo PW celebrated their 50th Anniversary with a special church service and a celebratory dinner with many past members and people who had been involved in the leadership attended. Neil was the only man present and while he was outnumbered and complained about it, secretly we know that he really enjoyed it.
